Alvin “Vino” Maaya (Megabuts)

He’s our front man who basically rolls with great passion. Death. When he performs, he does it well. Growling is his prowess. He brings the whole group up in stage. He’s sexy and he flies! :) Most of the time, he’s responsible for bringing in the melody that he wants for a particular composition. As a band member, he initiates. He’s a loving band member who most of the time pays the bill. And by the way, HE’S TAKEN… by ME :)

My personal relationship with him is ofcourse more than just friends, we share something different. But our love relationship, as I am proud to say is not affecting the band :)

 

Kim Argel Dela Pena (Autobuts)

He plays the guitar. He’s my first cousin. During practice, among our two guitarists, he’s always the one who could remember and “gets” the appropriate “kaskas” in short he’s a fast learner. Hehe. He used to swing the guitar; in one of our gigs when he accidentally hit his forehead, it bled. He’s always ready to venture anywhere for the music. He loves the band very much that he argues with anyone who tries to discriminate the genre. Along with Alvin, he also pays the bill for the band’s sake.

He’s one of my closest cousin, we know each other’s “kalokohans” and secrets — WALANG LAGLAGAN :))

Alfrederick “Banrick/Daga” Cruz (Daguts)

Erick is the other guitarist who contributes his own composition at times. He’s also responsible in composing the lyrics. The group’s “loverboy”. He’s always in his serious slash angry mode. As a band member, he cares a lot for the group, he does everything for the sake of the band. From time to time during our Jam sessions, our drummer scolds him for being a slow learner but… he completely understands his co member.

Erick is my so-called “teasing partner”. Day is not complete without teasing one another :))

Jonathan “Buboy” Dela Cruz

He plays the double peds and the sticks plus the band set. He’s all around- name it, he can play the guitar, the keyboard (at times) and he can even sing! He’s a real musician. As the next person after me being the eldest, he acts also as our “KUYA” who scolds anyone he sees not being serious during our sessions - you would never see him being angry/mad, unless we are inside of the studio. Sometimes he’s the one who causes delays in our practices, BUT buboy is buboy, we’re dealing with it as his bandmember/brother. Buboy is our ultimate… stirboy! :))

I see him as one of my best friend. When he has problems, he goes up to me and ask for some advice, at times he listens at times not. There are also times when I am the one being in his position having my problems, I walk up to him, talk, and ask for some advices. 

Alan Arvin “Totong” Lati

The youngest yet the tallest. He plays the bass. When he performs he bangs! He’ll make you wanna MOVE! He’s actually the serious type, the silent one… BUT when he’s up in stage, you’ll see what you want - nonstop. As a co-member, he’s at times self centered :)) But we’re getting used to what he really is as a person, despite being self-centered he’s really patient.

Trivia: Let him drink alcohol and you’ll unveil his unTALKATIVE side, he’ll transform into the most talkative person you knew :)) “PROMISE hindi siya makulit pag lasing, SOBRANG KULIT LANG” :)) Hahaha.

What I love about these boys is the fact that they are my protectors :) Plus the fact that I love seeing them crying over girls :)) hahahaha! Loveyoubitches :D
